San Francisco based leadership coach and organization development consultant, Kris Rodriguez, has successfully established her own business, while keeping family, fun and community in focus. With a unique blend of business and consulting expertise, she focuses on guiding individuals and organizations through all phases of change, while never losing sight of the overall wellbeing of the individual.
Experience:
Kris founded Clear Path Communications in 2004, with the goal of providing leadership coaching and organization development services to for-profit and non-profit organizations. She rapidly established her business as a go-to resource for leaders and organizations in the midst of key transition and growth periods. Kris continues to expand her expertise and knowledge base through these valued relationships. Prior to forming Clear Path Communications, Kris worked in multiple Human Resources leadership positions, further solidifying her understanding of, and empathy for, the overall employee experience.

Sarah supports Clear Path Communications by providing financial, marketing, research and administrative services. She also partners directly with Kris to coordinate schedules and serve clients. Sarah is an active volunteer, helping to promote and raise funds for educational initiatives. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BA in Business and Economics.
